Ron Bennett will not declare international orders as a "Gift".
Standard deliveries within Australia
You will receive your order in approximately 2-7 working days. If a part or all of your order is on backorder you will be contacted by email with details of back-ordered items. Items on back-order may take longer than 5-7 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
Countries outside of Australia will receive orders in approximately 5-18 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 7-14 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
At Ron Bennett, our goal is to despatch your online order as quickly as possible. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to despatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item, or a refund
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Ron Bennett strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know. Email us your questions or call toll free on 1300 331192 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (EST). You can return full price merchandise for 'change of mind reasons' back to Ron Bennett Online or any Ron Bennett store within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ items unless faulty or wrongly described. Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe.
A receipt is required for proof of purchase on return transactions. Within a store, we are happy to provide an exchange or gift voucher if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in the original condition within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygene reasons ‘change of mind’ underwear and swimwear are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.

Please note, we no longer offer an exchange service for online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, we encourage you to return your unwanted item with this form and receive a refund. To receive your new items faster, simply place a new order. Please enclose your completed returns form with your merchandise within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Use the label provided with your order to ensure prompt delivery.

To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ items unless faulty or wrongly described. Returns or exchanges will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable time frame.

You’ll need to give us the same billing address for the card as is held by your credit or debit card company. If the order is your first with Ron Bennett, we may ask you to do a credit card "check" which will involve us refunding a very small charge onto your credit card for you to verify. This is to protect you the cardholder as well as us the merchant, and is common practice especially with larger first time orders. We process your payment at the time you place your order.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can change or add to your delivery addresses whenever you like, or add and delete items as required. Go to ‘My Account’ – the link is always in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You’ll need to sign in with your email and password. It’s quick and easy from there – just follow the instructions.
If you have already completed your order it may still be ok to make changes to your order if we haven't shipped it yet. Call or email our Customer Service Centre with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your requests for changes.
ALTERATIONS & TAILORING
Complimentary basic tailoring on full price suits, jackets and pants is available for online purchases. This is limited to basic trouser length and sleeve length hemming. We can also arrange tailoring for individual items for a small fee.
Simply add the lengths required in the comments section of your cart checkout and one of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your alteration requirements.
