BEAUTIFUL CLOTHES MEANS BEAUTIFUL BUSINESS
These Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) set out the operations and benefits of the Ron Bennett Platinum Style Alliance Program. By becoming a PSA Member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL
The benefits of PSA membership are valid to people who have subscribed to RB Platinum Style Alliance membership via the membership form available from their company of employment.
PSA membership is valid for 12 months from sign up date.
PSA membership is only valid while in the employ of the company holding the master PSA agreement.
PSA entitled discount amount is off full price apparel & accessories .
PSA benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, Gift Cards or uniforms. Please note some product exclusions may arise from time to time and these will be specified by Ron Bennett.
PSA Discount benefits are not available in conjunction with any other offer, including our Grooms offer
PSA Discounts are not redeemable for cash and not valid for gift card purchases, against prior purchases, and lay-bys.
PSA Discount benefits not redeemable on Custom or Bespoke shoes and Exotics skin shoes.
The PSA member must present their company business card upon any purchases to activate PSA benefits
Ron Bennett reserve the right to cancel a PSA Membership and cease communications without notice. You will have no claim for the loss of PSA benefits in the event of a cancellation of your PSA membership.
The PSA Membership is transferable to your immediate family while membership is valid.
Information concerning PSA Members, including information collected, will be held in a database and used and disclosed only in accordance with the Ron Bennett Privacy Policy available at www.ronbennett.com.au/privacy-policy
By becoming a PSA Member you consent to receiving promotional and marketing correspondence (you have the option to opt out of receiving this correspondence). You also consent to information held in the database being used for other purposes relating to the PSA membership Program in accordance with the Ron Bennett Privacy Policy.
Ron Bennett may amend or replace these Terms and Conditions and the benefits of the PSA membership Program at any time without notice.
GARMENT WARRANTY
Please note: The warranty only applies to products purchased as a member of the PSA program.
They are warranted from defects in materials, as well as defects in workmanship such as seams, seam tape and construction.
To apply for a warranty, please send an email to customercare@ronbennett.com.au with "Warranty Application" in the subject line and include the following information:
-Style name, color and size of product
-Proof of purchase/Receipt/When and where item was purchased
-Brief description of the issue/occurrence
-Several photos of the damaged area and intact inside care labels
-Company name, Contact name, phone number and addressWe will assess your application and respond with warranty or non-warranty status within 2-3 business days. We will include specific information regarding repair options and repair turnaround time, if applicable, and will not proceed with any repairs without your prior consent.
NON-WARRANTY
If your Ron Bennett product experiences damage from normal wear and tear, overuse, misuse or neglect, these cases do not qualify for warranty. However, we may have the ability to repair the item for a small fee. If interested in repair, please inquire further to learn about possible repair options, repair time and associated costs. Alterations to the garment are also available.
Rips and tears, fabric fading, abrasions on well-worn areas and general breakdown of the materials over time. Please note: Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use.
For a repair, please send an email to customercare@ronbennett.com.au with "Repair" in the subject line and include the following information:
-Style name, color and size of product
-Proof of purchase/Receipt/When and where item was purchased
-Brief description of the issue/occurrence
-Several photos of the damaged area
-Company name, Contact name, phone number and addressWe will assess the complexity of your repair and respond within 2 business days with possible repair options and repair turnaround time. We will not proceed with any repairs without your prior consent.
COMPLIMENTARY ALTERATIONS & PRESSING
In the event that the Customer requires an alteration to a garment within 12 months of purchase, Ron Bennett agrees to carry out minor alteration at no additional cost. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that a minor alteration includes the following:
(a) Trouser, jacket length (shorter or longer);
(b) Trouser waist and seat (let out or take in);
(c) Jacket sleeve length (lengthen or shorten); or
(d) Adjust Jacket waist (slimline jacket and let out jacket).
(e) Shirt (sleeve length and shirt length-shorten)
Any other alteration, which is other than minor and requested by the Customer, shall incur normal RRP alterations cost and the Customer agrees to pay for any such additional cost.
Complimentary pressing applies to those items purchased from Ron Bennett as a PSA member
Pressing is available while our tailors are on site and available. We will endeavour to press goods in a timely manner to suit the PSA member and the Ron Bennett work load
CONCIERGE SERVICE
Pick up and drop service applies to a 20 Km radius from Rosebery in Sydney 2018
While our concierge service is available during business hours, at special request we will be available for concierge tailoring, deliveries and pick up after business hours only if the service in conducted in place of work premises
MADE TO MEASURE GARMENTS
All Made to Measure orders made between Ron Bennett and the Customer are subject to the Terms and Conditions supplied in hard copy at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing-
